TRAVEL
REIMBURSEMENT.
Version 2.1 | 29 October 2026. How limited travel support works for selected artists, band members and engineers.
01 / THE POLICY
How travel support works
ACCESS 001 has a limited travel budget. The £600 total is an internal programme allocation, shared across the whole project: it is not an amount any person or act is entitled to, and travel support is never automatic or guaranteed.
- Who can claim: selected artists, band members and engineers, for reasonable, necessary travel to an agreed ACCESS 001 activity. Priority goes to people facing genuine financial or practical barriers, and we aim to be fair across participants.
- Ask first: please ask before booking unusual or costly journeys. Standard economical public transport is normally expected. Taxis, mileage or other options must be agreed in advance where practical. If you can't afford to pay upfront, ask us before booking.
- Evidence: claim the actual cost through the secure participant portal, with tickets, receipts or other reasonable proof, normally within 30 days of travel.
- Decision: every claim is subject to eligibility, available funding, approval by the programme team and appropriate evidence. We will tell you the approved amount.
- Payment: approved claims are normally paid by La Vie Studio Ltd, as the grant recipient, by bank transfer within 30 days of approval and receiving your payment details.
- Not covered: meals, accommodation, living expenses, unrelated journeys, or extra musicians your act arranges.
Never put bank details in the public application form; you add them securely in the portal after you are selected. Questions, accessibility needs or alternatives to receipts: hello@cblvcic.xyz. How we handle your information is explained in the ACCESS 001 Privacy Notice.
